Staff members from the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHCSEK) will be at the Pittsburg Public Library to connect you with the social services you need. Stop by the Library from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday mornings for information and assistance.
CHC staff can assist with:

- Benefit enrollments
- Family health needs
- Chronic care management
- Internet service
