Annual Book Sale

The Annual Friends of the Library Book Sale will be held on Saturday, September 2, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The sale is open to the public.

The Book Sale will be held outside in the Library’s courtyard and Bookmobile area. Rain cancels the sale.

Proceeds from the Book Sale benefit the Friends of the Library, an organization that purchases library materials and sponsors programs and special events throughout the year, including the Summer Reading Programs for all ages.

The Pittsburg Public Library is closed for regular business from Saturday, September 2 through Monday, September 4. Regular hours will resume at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 5. Shop for a great cause!
