We sincerely apologize for the ongoing issues with the Libby app. Following a recent server upgrade, the Libby app has been unable to authenticate PPL library cards. We understand how frustrating this disruption is, and we’re working closely with the PSU Consortia and OverDrive (Libby’s parent company) to restore access as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the resolution is taking longer than expected, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, our staff would be happy to help you access ebooks and audiobooks through the Cloud Library, available via the State Library of Kansas.

We love Libby too, and our team is eager to see it back in action. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding—we truly appreciate your support.
